Dining is as versatile as it is enjoyable at Vergelegen and lunches can be savoured all year round in the 'Stables at Vergelegen' bistro and during the Summer season, at the Rose Terrace and Camphor Forest picnic.
Vergelegen's various culinary experiences have one common element: menus that are designed to complement Vergelegen's award-winning wines and that follow the seasons to make the best of local produce. Our cuisine is contemporary country style.

The Bistro overlooks the acclaimed Vergelegen Rose Garden and serves light alfresco refreshments. Open from November to April from 10h00 to 16h00.

The word picnic consists of "pic" meaning to pick at food, and "nic" referring to something small. So, you will be given a superb selection of small things to pick at to please both the palate and the senses. And for the children, there is a fun treasure hunt...|
