Vergelegen’s winemaking philosophy is simple:  There must be harmony between the old and the new.

In keeping with this philosophy, we have adopted the same approach to our Winter Experience menu – a menu that embodies time & place, with a nod to history and the classics through a modern cooking approach.

To showcase the unique diversity and versatility of our classic wine varietals, we have developed a menu opportunity that offers a theme throughout the dining experience whilst pairing each course with a different Vergelegen wine varietal (optional).

Menu is designed for the whole table to order, as for some menu items sharing is encouraged.
